EXAMINATIONS

Focusing and eye coordination deficits are treated with bifocals or vision training. Adult eye exams have more emphasis on the detection of disease than focusing/binocular skills. Patients are more often than not dilated at their first visit, unless they insist otherwise, and carefully evaluated for any disease that would have systemic ramifications (i.e.. diabetes and hypertension). |
